Painswick Rococo Garden
October 2024 - October 2026

Evaluation Consultant for the ' A Chance to Grow' project at the Painswick Rococo Garden in Gloucestershire.

An ambitious and creative two-year programme funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

The project aimed to secure a sustainable future for Painswick Rococo Garden by strengthening its resilience, improving community wellbeing, and connecting new audiences with the Garden’s unique heritage and natural environment.

The evaluation approach was designed to be creative and flexible, allowing space for the unplanned and unexpected outcomes; and to gather rich and meaningful stories that showed change and impact as well as a lighter touch monitoring.

Bournville Village Trust Heritage Team
April 2026 - October 2026

Feasibility Study for the Bournville Village Trust Heritage Team, advising on the future use of the Rest House, Bournville Village, Birmingham.

The Rest House sits at the centre of Bournville Village Green; a focal point at the heart of the village, designed as a place of rest and relaxation for the whole community.

BVT Heritage Team commissioned me to produce a feasibility study about the future use of the Rest House to inform the next Heritage Forward Plan (2027-2029) and provide evidence to support a more substantial funding application to develop the Rest House.
